What we collect
Your email address; the screenname and optional display name you choose; and your location—either coordinates from your device or a US city/metro you pick—which we use to fetch local weather. We do not collect or store passwords (sign-in is passwordless).
How we use it
To run your account and to deliver weather-keyed style and vibe recommendations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and Google account identifier with us so we can create and identify your account. Your use of Google sign-in is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and Open-Meteo (weather, we send coordinates, not your account details). Pages may embed Spotify and Pinterest content; when those load, the providers’ own cookies and policies apply.
We send one-time sign-in codes and essential account messages from support@girlweather.com.
Retention & deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email support@girlweather.com and we’ll take care of it.
Age
Girl Weather is for people aged 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
