By using Girl Weather you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Girl Weather is operated by Boyfriend Solutions LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Girl Weather.

What Girl Weather is

Girl Weather offers informational style and vibe suggestions keyed to how the weather feels. It is not professional advice. Weather data comes from third parties and may be inaccurate or unavailable, so use your own judgment.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, through your email or your Google account. You’re responsible for keeping access to those secure. One account per person. Your screenname must follow the on-screen rules and may not impersonate others or use reserved names.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no harassment of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post—your outfit photos, vibe words, playlists, boards, poems, screenname, and display name. You’re responsible for it: you confirm you have the right to share it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break the rules below.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to run and promote the service—this includes featuring it in Girl Weather’s own marketing and advertising, and sublicensing it to the platforms we advertise on (such as Meta and Google) as needed to run those ads. We may credit you by screenname. If you remove content or delete your account, we’ll stop using it in new marketing; we may not be able to pull it from ads that are already running.

User content & no endorsement

Girl Weather is a platform for content created by its users. Vibes, photos, words, playlists, boards, and poems are created by the people who post them and reflect their views, not ours. We do not pre-screen user content, except for the automated photo screening described in our Privacy Policy, and we don’t endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for anything users post. You may encounter content you find inaccurate or objectionable; if you do, please report it.

Content rules

Keep it legal and kind: no sexually explicit imagery, nothing illegal, and nothing hateful or harassing. We screen uploaded photos automatically, and we may hide, remove, or reject content and suspend accounts that break these rules. If you see something that shouldn’t be here, you can report it.

Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect you to as well. If you believe content on Girl Weather infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@boyfriendsolutions.com that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it (such as the vibe’s URL); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We’ll remove or disable material we determine to be infringing and, where appropriate, notify the person who posted it, who may submit a counter-notification. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Third-party content

Embedded Spotify, Pinterest, and TikTok content, tip links, and other linked services are governed by their own terms; we’re not responsible for them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boyfriend Solutions LLC and its members, operators, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the content you post, your use of Girl Weather, or your violation of these terms or of anyone’s rights.

Disclaimers & liability

Girl Weather is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the service, weather data, or style suggestions will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boyfriend Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Girl Weather at any time.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

Please read this section carefully—it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, contact us at support@girlweather.com and we’ll try to resolve it informally for at least 60 days before either side starts a formal proceeding.

Binding arbitration. Except as noted below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Girl Weather that isn’t resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Boyfriend Solutions LLC waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.

Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies.

30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver agreement by emailing support@girlweather.com with your account email and the words “arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out doesn’t affect any other part of these terms.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update them and will revise the date above when we do. Contact: support@girlweather.com.
