Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Girl Weather.

What Girl Weather is

Girl Weather offers informational style and vibe suggestions keyed to how the weather feels. It is not professional advice. Weather data comes from third parties and may be inaccurate or unavailable, use your own judgment.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, through your email or your Google account. You’re responsible for keeping access to those secure. One account per person. Your screenname must follow the on-screen rules and may not impersonate others or use reserved names.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no harassment of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit (such as your screenname and display name). You grant us a limited license to display it as part of running the service.

Third-party content

Embedded Spotify and Pinterest content and linked services are governed by their own terms; we’re not responsible for them.

Disclaimers & liability

Girl Weather is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Girl Weather at any time.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update them and will revise the date above when we do. Contact: support@girlweather.com.
